Does anyone know of a low priced camcorder/video camera?

Does anyone know of a low priced, good! quality camcorder/video camera that I can purchase in Australia?

I'm going to Europe next year and I already have a video camera but its really bulky.

I want one that records onto a memory card or stick. It must be good quality (good optical zoom and mega-pixsals).

It has to be under $300 and I know thats a bit of a stretch but being young I'm not that financially secure.

Keep an eye out and you may see a really good one which is worth more than you have on special at a bargain price! Besides, prices differ from shop to shop so its kind of hard to be very specific.
