There is one called Right On!  I honestly did a google search on the subject.

There is a virtual magazine called Double Dutch. It's relatively new and can be accessed online at www.doubledutchmag.com.

There used to be others I knew of called Zuri, Blackgirl, and Melanin, but I don't think those are in publication any more.
