Pacifico in Calistoga has a live mariachi every friday night, plus the Mexican food is real good. It's the place to be on fridays in Calistoga.

Vallejo's in Sacramento on 4th and S has a lone mariachi on weekends.  

BTW, I think La Rondalla on Valencia in San Francisco closed. At least it was closed in January when I was by there.

Yes...the Mexico Lindo on Foxworthy Avenue in San Jose.  It is a 3 piece mariachi band.  I am not sure if they play every night or just on weekends.  It is really fun and the food is good too!
