My investment company is looking for a Non-Recourse loan program to put our CMO's with. If you are aware of any please let me know. What I need to know is what are they looking for to make the CMO a good loanable instrument and I will attain that and come forward. I am the principle owner of the CMO(s) and would like any feedback you can enlighten me with.
