Does anyone know of a place to go gliding?

I am from Nova Scotia, Canada and I am wondering if anyone knows of a place around Halifax that you can go to to use gliders and things like that, a group to join without going in air cadets.

Have you tried Shearwater Heliport?

I think that there is a gliderport there.
