There is a program called HIP HOP ABS that you can do in your own home (that will be cheaper than any clubs that you can find) there is also another program that you can get called TURBO JAM. the best thing that you can do is buy it directly from the company or try e-bay (or amazon.com)......I feel that doing exercise at home is better than going somewhere else to do it because you can do it anytime that is convienient for you.
