Does anyone know of a poem ?

I need a poem or shorter story that tells about the life death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I have been looking on-line and the only one that I liked was called One Solitary life but it didn't mention his resurrection. Also I wouldn't mind if it mentioned more about his death. I need it for a bunch of teen and young adults so it cant be too hard to understand..... if someone could help me find a poem that would be such a big help....
