Does anyone know of a poem to send home to parents on the first day of preschool?

I am a teacher's assistant in a 2 year old class and am looking for something sweet to send with the parents on the first day of school. I came across a great poem awhile ago and cannot seem to locate it.

Its not really a poem but sure makes parents feel like you are sincere.

"Children are like sponges

They absorb all your strength and leave you limp

But give them a squeeze and you get it all back. "

Cut out shapes of children out of a sponge and let them stamp on paper. Put the poem on the picture.
