  1. Yes!  I have four suggestions for you, three are on or near Grafton street and easy to find.  The fourth, Brrenda Roy a Canadian, you can find on the net.(brendaroy.com)

The first,  unfortunately I do not remember this jewelers name. (it is a short name, Weis?)  the shop is located on Grafton almost to St Stephens Green.  If You are walking from the green it will be on the right, if you are coming from Trinity College it will be on the left.  This jeweler has been doing work for  my family for generations and they did an extensive repair on a beloved ring for me a few years ago.  I'd try there first.

Second, Wests, first jeweler you will come to on Grafton when walking from Trinity.  They are mostly known for watches, but I check them out.  I got a nice bracelet there ten years ago.

There is a TINY little place across from Trinity College just steps from Grafton.  Do not miss this place, estate pieces and contemporary don't let it's size fool you.

Lastly, if you don't find what you want, Brenda Roy a Canadian artist can do something custom for you.  Check her work out before you go, it may be less expensive, better quality and truly unique Celtic design.
