buy whey protein it's much cheaper u can get 2lbs of it with 28servings for 15-25dollars and it's good there are many flavors

u can make shakes outta them for muscle recovery with the powder milk and a banana maybe add some yogurt it's healthy and goooood =) dont waste money on the P90x shake and i just looked it up whey protein is much much better for u than that  c**p it has like double or triple depending on the brand the protein in 1 scoop as that thing in two
