Does anyone know of a reputable tefl/tesol course/company?

i want to teach english abroad preferably in europe, south america or asia. there are so many choices, i was wondering if some one could point me in the right direction.

CELTA is respected internationally.  I pursued this certification before my masters in TESOL.  I highly recommend it.  It's a very practical course which will definitely prepare you to teach.

You might want to check out The Princeton Review.  They are best known for their SAT courses and books, which are awesome, but they also offer courses in grad exams, including the TOEFL.  They might also have a book you can purchase, with full-length practice tests.  Good luck!
