most restaurants should be able to accommodate children remember that under scottish law they can't be on licensed premises after 8.30pm. try pancho villas, mexican on bell street or kublai khans on candleriggs.

Most restaurants have their own suppliers, I like children but I couldn't eat a whole one

not sure about your location but if you have a brewers fayre nearby most of these have an indoor and/or outdoor play area for kids they also do good meals with a childs menu hope this helps
