Does anyone know of a shoe store in Japan that sells larger women sizes?

Preferably in Yokohama or Tokyo. I'm 5'9 and my shoe size is an American 9.5 so I figured my Japanese shoe size is 25.5.

The largest size I've seen in most stores is 23. =(
