Does anyone know of a town that is overcast and rainy, but not too cold?

I know this may seem like a silly question, but I would really like to know. I am from the Florida panhandle and it is too hot and too sunny for me there, but my husband hates the cold. Snow is okay for him but he doesn't want it snow 4 months out of the year! This has become a slight problem between my husband and I, so I figured that if I had some other opinions it would help out. If you thinks this makes no sense ignore the question and if you answer...Thanks!

I agree.  Portland or Seattle.  There is little winter but nothing like that of the mid-west or the upper east coast.  Both cities are beautiful.  Personally, I would select Portland.

Try Seattle.  It is overcast and rainy and can be cold for short times.

Portland, Or. can be the same way.
