Does anyone know of a website for small business grants?

I'm a carpenter, and am wanting to become Incorporated, where can i go to do this and also get Workman's comp exempt? do i need to go to the county courthouse for any of this? or can i do it all on line?

grants.tv has grants for any purpose.

Getting incorporated takes minutes.  Go to the Secretary of State or the State Corporation Commission.  They are helpful and want you to succeed.   I elected to be exempt from Workmen's Comp but you can't force your employees to be exempt.  Check at the state.  You can do some things online but it is smart to go in person and even fill out the papers while there. /
