Im googleing all kinds of things and cant find anything for 2006, also...im trying to find out what the rates are for an elderly caregiver also. anyone know? Thanks!

If you know the area of california google it on the net and found the local homepage. Get the number or email for their chamber of commerce and call them. They should have the info or direct you to it.

Try to find out from the Department of public welfare in the city you are looking for since they usually monitor child care centers.

Go to this website an pick your county and that will give you the maximium rebimbursement rate by the County.  Childcare facilities tend to stay near that rate.
