I've been on this site before but i can't seem to find the link, and my sister wants it. I want to say the site names starts with a p, but i don't know. The names are in blue and pink, and there's a stork on the page, if that helps

www.behindthename.com has a name generator but I'm not sure if it's the site you are looking for.

I think the one you are thinking of is www.babynamesworld.com but I've not seen a name generator on it.
