  1. Try this web site:

    http://www.freesmsfrompctomobile.com/

  2. You can use one of the worldwide free sms services listed on TextMeFree.com, they let you text any country in the world for free.

Listed there is 'Text Chikka' - who say that they include Thailand in their service.

  3. This isn't exactly the answer you want but here goes.

From Thailand I can use the internet to send emails to my brother's cell phone in America.   From his cell phone he can send emails to me that I can read overseas, my cost is cheap (price of a few minutes in an internet shop, maybe .5 baht per minute.) His email charges are the same as his text charges, only a few pennies each.  I don't know if cell phones in Thailand can receive emails, someone else can help you if that is something you want to check out.

  4. Try voipbuster.com alot of countries are free of charge to sms, but you need to put 10euro into your account first.

  5. http://www.tttonline.net/TTT2/index.html

but you need a thai id card number to enroll for membership!

because it free, so they got a lot of spam sms (thai people love doing that) that why they need your id card number, so they can go after anyone spaming at another people.
