  5. It really depends on what you mean by "works" I like allie witha low fat diet because it just helps get rid of more fat in your food. I've taken it and you can have some weird poo's but nothing extreme. Also, diet pills are expensive and they make you feel a little caffiened up and your stomach a little upset so you dont WANT to eat.. but some people still ignore the feelings so they don't loose weight. If you take them 20-30 min before a meal with water and then eat slowely and very small portions I feel that they really chill out your cravings and make you feel like you can "take the food or leave it" But you have to make sure you are still eating and eating healthy. Working out will only boost everything.
