Does anyone know of an agency that provides maids in Chennai (Anna Nagar) ???

Im in New York and my parents are in Chennai. Im trying to get hold of a decent and dependable agency that could provide them with a maid since they are old. Plz help !!!

There are certainly good agencies in Chennai.

But, this is not the place to search. Use sulekha.com or post an ad in sulekha.com.

You can also check www.thehinduonnet.com, every week in Sunday classifieds they display tons and tons of such agencies.

Tamil nadu women development council (Hope i have given the name correctly) However the location is in Mylapore Royapetta high road- after Shri Anjaneyar temple when you travel from Luz corner passing Sullivans Garden Street.  They get maids with proper reference and they are the helpless destitutes who are under their care. Just before Jammi building.  I wish that you get a good maid for your parents since I am finding sons of soil remembering their parents and their welfare.  Let god bless you and your family.  As you are in United states you can also source out a qualified Nurse who can also do the day to day house hold work.  I do not have the name right now.  Will update in my next message.  (The cost of hiring a Qualified nurse maid will be around five thousand rupees and a full time resident maid (aged around forty to forty five will be around two thousand five hundred) all other expenses excluded.  You can enter a professional contract with the maid agency for replacement clause if the services provided by the maid is not convincing

Sorry dear, in India there's no such agency providing maid servents. Better to try out from local chennai known sources
