Does anyone know of an almost excellent per to per download program?

Question

I'd like to be able to download anything I'd like no matter what that is, (pictures, movies, songs, MP3s, programs, zip files) anything at all would be good. I'd just really like to not have to pay.

Limewire bites, BitTorrent is good, UTorrent is good, Newbies to the torrent world seem to like Vuze though because its simple, you get it from sourceforge.net its free then you go piratebay.org and mininova.org, or the multitude of other torrent hosting sites and find whatever you want for free, and you'll be helping me download faster so hurry up lol
