Does anyone know of an apartment service/rental finder in Sao Paulo, Brazil?

I've looked on the internet, but all I find are services for holiday/vacation rentals. Which site/resources do locals use?

I'm looking for a long-term rental for about one year or more.

Best to visit Sao Paulo and see agents. There should be no problem in finding a rental apartment. There are thousands available.

You probably will have a better answer if you come here, and do some research. We are not too developed to rent apartment by internet.
