A search in the phone book for another hotel of the same name anywhere in UK produced no other result.  And a yahoo search found only the same one.

There is an 'interhotel.com' webpage with a listing for Londonderry Arms Hotel with an address at 20, Harbor Rd, Downpatrick, County Down, but checking for a booking date comes up with no result.  I could find no other information about a hotel with this name and address on the Internet.
