Does anyone know of an older book called "Birds Of The World"? ?

I'm looking to find a copy of a book like one I had as a kid. This is a large hard cover book. I forget what the jacket looked like but the hard cover is light brown or beige with a green trim and an embossed picture of a bird on the bottom right hand corner of the front cover. I do not know the author's name. It has lots of full color illustrations and maybe 400 - 500 pages in total. It may have been published in the 70s or 80's (possibly older). I wish to find the name of the author and date it was published. I searched the internet and have not found this particular book by it's name alone. I do recall an illustration in this book of a life sized humming bird next to an ostriches eye. ( If this helps. lol)
