  1. I don't think you'll find an orphanage near Dahab or Sharm El Skheikh..Those are touristic cities, and unfortunately they don't give much attention to orphans.

    You'd surely find one in Al-Areesh though. It's a city north-east of Sinai, on the borders with Palestine
