yes i do its called vitalise (formerly the winged fellowship trust), they are an organisation who provide holidays for people with disabilities, they have centres in various locations across the country with all the facilities needed to take care of persons with disabilities.  You should get more information from the website listed below.  All the best hope you have a happy holiday.
