  1. Save your money, it's the thinking about what you eat and the faith you have in it that will boost your immune system, not stuff like dang dang shen!

That's what my grandparents told me, and they lived to over 95.

  2. It might be the 'Curcuma domestica', a kind of rhizome from the 'Zingiberaceae' Family. Local name is 'kunyit'. It is known for its anti-bacterial effect, so that might be one of a good source to keep us away (immune) from some kind of bacterial-causes diseases.

Maybe we can study more on other plants like the 'serai' and 'halia' for heir local name respectively. Serai (Cymbopogon citratus) has been used as mosquito repellent. Halia (Zingiber officinale) has many things to do with our health also, but i'm not to sure of that.. wish i can study them.

Surely, those are only a few of the numerous simple examples of herbs with medicinal-potential as well as helping in boosting our immune system.. Further research has to be done on them.

So, my conclusion is, the kunyit, serai, and halia. And my suggestion is to urge Malaysians to study more about the numerous herbs that are found abundantly throughout Malaysia.
