Does anyone know of any REPUTABLE talent or modeling agencies for children in the NYC/NJ area?

My son is interested in acting classes and possibly modeling. Looking around on the web, all I can find are scam-sites. If anyone can suggest real, reputable talent or modeling agencies for children, which are located in the NYC/NJ area that would be great.
