  2. Schoen Castle in Obervessel. I stayed there. Private bath room.  Good food. Can eat on an outdoor veranda that has an unbelievable view of the countryside.

    Expensive, but a nice experience. Accepts major credit cards.

    Don't believe them when they say it is a 15 min. walk from the town. It is straight up. Take a Taxi.

    I noticed these sites have a lot of mentions of "castles" and also have English translations. You may be able to research your options above in conjunction with these locations which are close to many magnicent castles [ amongst many]:
