Does anyone know of any cool photo editing software?

Question

It has to be free, and I can download if off the internet. Something that you can like make your pictures have cool effects and touch ups and stuff....

anybody have any good ideas?

Adobe Illustrator and Photo shop would be two very good high end products, but they can be pricey. Try to find a used copy on line. Microsoft Picture It! Premium is also a good program.

google picasso is pretty good and free. Just down load from the Google home page.

Picasa is awesome and free and it's from Google.  You can do so many things with your pictures like b/w, sephia, sharpen, blur, color adjustment, + many many more features.  Download it and try it.
