Does anyone know of any fun kids games for age 3-10?

I'm in charge of games at my family reunion today and I need to know of some good kids games. The age group is a wide range .. the youngest playing are 2-3 years old and the oldest are around 9-10, maybe 11. Everyone has to play, and I can't think of any good games that the littler kids would understand and be able to play. We also have prizes to give out .. so it needs to be a "winning game". PLEASE HELP?! 10 POINTS FOR THE BEST IDEAS!!! (:

Clothes Pins, Regular size opening mayo. jar--Put the jar on the ground,stand over the jar at the top of your toes, hold the head of the pin to the tip of your nose, drop into jar.          Put a penny on your forehead, run or walk fast to the line.  Keep the penny ( or any other coin ) .   Have fun today !!

Candy Land, Chutes And Ladders are some board games but since your looking for game games : Wiffle Ball - winning team gets the prize, and if you have time you can make a carnival themed party with all kind of easy booths like throw a ball at the pins, get the ball in the bin, etc etc. Bowling, . . .thats all I have for now sorry these are kind of bad but it is gonna be very hard in a game where 2 - 3 year olds can comeptet with 10 year olds and have a chance of winning.

UNO is always a good one, easy to explain, fun, always a winner. But with such little kids a good back up is Go-Fish.
