Does anyone know of any gas stations in the Clearwater/tampa/palm harbor that dont use fuel with ethanol it in

They all seem to use fuel that has "10% or less ethanol" in it. This hurts your gas milage even more, I wanted to know if anyone knows of any in my area that dont do that.

You will have to go outside Pinellas and Hillsborough counties to find gasoline without ethanol. The E10 (10% ethanol blend) is required in those two counties for air pollution control.
