I was just wondering if there where people who knew of slightly unknown monster cases. It can be from any where in the world I don't care.

  1. Sasquatches (Bigfoot) are big in Pacific Northwest mythology. "Bookwis" is a nearby (Kitimat) variety.  Native people say there's no such thing, but they don't like to talk about it either.  Some loggers I've talked to say they've seen or (more often) smelled something, but they can't or won't say what. People talk of similar creatures in other parts of the world. (Tibet and Siberia come to mind.) It has been suggested that they are remnants of Neanderthal populations.  Sounds pretty far-fetched to me, but not utterly impossible, either ....

Perhaps more exotic, because it's more geographically limited, is Ogopogo, which is supposed to be in a big lake (Lake Okanogan?) close to Penticton, BC. Sort of like "Nessie", the Loch Ness "Monster."

  2. like, the loch ness monster?

There's one, I think it's called...  moke membe, or something,   it's a swamp monster from africa

or, there's a river monster in tiwan or thailand, but I forget what it's called.  they have a festival for it in the town every year

  3. I don't think it is good like the case of Jack the Ripper, Jack the Stripper or Spring-Heeled Jack of London, Great Britain.

The reported cases say that these monster men really existed. The case of Jack the Stripper was that he had raped and killed prostitute/s naked in the Old city of London (it is what I've read on the book entitled Unsolved Cases--I'm not sure of the book's title).

  4. the lake van monster :) ... lake van is in turkey, it is a saltwater  lake that it is said to be home to a weird aquatic creature :) ... the monster has been caught on tape.
