Does anyone know of any good cruise ship employee blogs?

I'm thinking of applying for a job on a cruise ship and I'm looking for personal accounts of cruise employees. Anybody know of any good updated blogs from people working on cruise ships?

I haven't found any blogs, but on Facebook there are several groups for cruise crew that attract a LOT of crew members who chat back and forth about ship life.  Here are a few that I know of.  You need to join Facebook and browse the groups section.
