My daughter is 13 and we've tried a couple of opticians, but she is very squeemish and needs someone patient and very nice (and good!). She wants contacts but we haven't found a place where they seem nice or even good! Does anyone know of any GREAT (not good, great) opticians in Portland, Clackamas, Wilsonville, Tualatin or West Linn?

Thanks!

  1. It really depends what would be covered by your health insurance. If you may choose any doctor you can do research on line. Even if I have watched a few doctors working

it is very hard to tell which doctors would be the best for your daughter.

I have heard a lot of good reports about Dr. Noles and Dr. Meier. The last one works for Portland Clinic.

    i hope this helped.

  3. I went to LensCrafters in the Gresham Station Mall. The gals are super nice and very helpful. The eye doc has his office in the same building, so its very easy. He is very professional and answers your questions and concerns. LensCrafters does not employ the optometrists, instead, you are getting a real eye doc that will take care of your needs. You can schedule and appointment on line and check out their location details at the link I provided. I had a great experience at the Gresham location and would recommend you make the trip, as its about 20 minutes from PDX.
