Does anyone know of any good volleyball courts where you can go in the Capital Region?

I really need somewhere to go practice with a regular height (womens) net. I don't have a YMCA membership, but if anyone has any good places to go, I would really appreciate it!

Go to the Y and discuss it with them.  They may have information on teams in your area.   Why not join the Y?  It is not prohibitably costly, is it?  

Also call some sporting goods dealers.  They supply teams and may know of several.

What capital are you talking about?  State?  

Call the Elks Club in your area.  Our Elks club has the nets, the balls and a great lawn to play on.
