Yes.

Be sure to let your horse come up for air every thirty seconds or so... more often, if you're really running him hard.  If you see big air bubbles coming out of his nose, you're waiting too long to let him up.

I have some i can share with you

Shooting Drills

-UCLA: Basically three people get in a triangle, two oneach  post and one at point.  The point passes the ball to the left post, left post passes to right post, right post passes ball to point and shoots right when they get the ball then switch.

-Right Center Left: Team starts a little befor half where the right flat should be, swims ball to goal and shoots.  Once everyone does that do it in the middle then left

-Two For drill: two players get on each flat with one ball.  They basically just pass the ball to each other, pump fake and pass back.  After doing this a few times they can shoot. (Also helps out goalie too if they don't cheat)
