Does anyone know of any high schools in CT, that are very easy going and laid back for artsy teens?

I'm really hoping somebody can help me, i've search for hours on the internet and i havent found anything. i'm really looking for a high school that is laid back and is understanding, and caring please if anyone has any info it would be highly apriciated

I don't know any person or institution in CT that is laid back or understanding. I'm not saying that CT people are tight-assed snobs...Oh wait....yes I am.
