The closest one is about 10 minutes walk from Flinders Street Station. It's inside Target Centre (Next to Target) at Bourke Street (Walk along swanston street from flinders street station towards bourke street, and then turn right at bourke street, once you see Gloria Jeans, that's a target centre, go inside :-)).

Target centre is located in between Bourke St and Little Bourke St.
