Does anyone know of any kind of software that allows you to create 2d or even 3d models of actual people?

Im looking for a software thats something like the Spore Creature Creator but to make models of actual people, that kind of depth but im not sure if anything like that even exists. any help will be greatly appreciated ~ Soujiro

i dont know about creating but i kno u can look at like anatomy and what not at http://www.3d.sk/

hi friend,

for creating 2d characters "FLASH" is the best software. For creating 3d characters MAYA, 3dmax, softimage, cinema 4d etc are the leading softwares in the industry. Characters with realism is made from these softwares but I still don't know your purpose, I mean is to learn or is it just a curiosity?.......one thing is for sure.....such softwares exist...
