yes, you can look through reverse directories at your local library. they are available for purchase online, haines usually is good. this is how collections agencies find people. also, you can determine how many people live in the home, and numbers of males/females in the home. far too much information available

some search engines (such as infobel.com) permit a reverse search...if you know the address, you will typically get the phone number in your "results" regardless of whether or not the number is listed.
