I am looking for a Free online Street Directory of Fortaleza, Ceara, Brazil, that names all the streets in Fortaleza, Ceara, however I am not after just a map of the overall north east Brazil area though ok. Thankyou.

Try using Google Maps. You can search for a specific place and if you want road directions you can just zoom in and the street names etc become more apparent.
