I make greetings cards and need to buy some good quality card.

You could try the London Graphic Centre, in Covent Garden I think, Atlantis near Brick Lane is also a big art store - both have websites.  If you're around North London there is this place up at Cheshunt which does greeting card blanks and craft materials etc

Depends on the quantities, try an arts shop for domestic amounts or a wholesaler for production scale
