Try www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk . They are usually good for part time positions in the fields of work you are looking into.

Alternatively, ask around if anybody has vacancies. If you don't ask, you don't get! You probably already know anyway but try and dress at least smart casual if you go seeking work in person and avoid slang terms.
