Does anyone know of any party rental locations in Raleigh, Cary area in NC that are not too pricy?

I am desperate and need any sort of help. Clubhouses, hotels, restaurants that maybe have a big room that i can rent out for a party. I was hoping to have the party on the 28th of June. around 4:30-10:00p.m thank you

Many big restaurants have them, as long as you and your guests are actually eating there as customers.  Bogarts in downtown Raleigh has one of the nicer ones that I know of.
