Does anyone know of any safe/legitimate summer abroad programs?

Question

I am interested in living in Mexico for the summer. I want to go with a group and either do volunteer work, teach English, or take classes. I'm open to anything, I just want to research it and make sure I'm not going to get ripped off.

Any help or ideas would be great.
