Does anyone know of any shoe wedges that support the feet as Birkenstock shoes do? "Reverse arch"?

The foot is supported by the front of the foot being lifted slightly to give good arch support, for a healthy lower back, and to avoid scoliosis etc...Does anyone know of a foot support shoe wedge, or of how to find a shoe wedge company or specialist that can recommend or offer something like this, as the shoes do not look good to me, the Birkenstock and it seems easier just to slip a wedge in some other shoes.

Earth shoes are raised in the front and are lower in the back, they help with many foot and back problems. I personally LOVE MBT shoes, they are a little pricey but are soooo worth the money. Earth shoes are very comfortable as well and they have more styles than say the MBT's. Look online for these. I know that only a few stores around me carry them. Both are very much worth the money. MBT's help knee, back, hip..etc. and they work more muscles and help to burn more calories. Keen is another great brand with great arch support. Hope this helped!
