Does anyone know of any shops that sell colourfull tutus?

Preferably under £10.

Considering making one myself,

but as I am rather lazy I would rather buy a cheap one.

well, i'm putting together a dance show, so i'm also looking for dance tutus as well.

There is a link for a site that sells them under $15 dollars, a pretty good deal. (sorry, i use american currency.... :-( )  anywho, they come in a variety of colors.... it's the one labeled "bando tutu", and it comes in black, red, copen, fucshia, lilac, peacock, pink, roya, white, and yellow. It's made by Leo's, and has an elastic waistband to fit several different sizes. It's only 13.50 in child sizes, but if you're in small junior sizes in clothing, it will probably fit you thanks to the elastic waistband. :)  They also sell tutus called "hip tutus" that are 15.50 dollars in child sizes, and come in black, pink, white, yellow, peacock, orange, red, royal, sky, hot pink, mint, kelly, and lavender. id try a costume shop or a online rave store um if u live in england theres a shop in southhampton thats sells that kind of thing
