I am looking for sites that don't charge. I am unable to pay for sites like grocery game and those types. I am looking for sites that tell you about deals and coupons and such. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  1. There has been a site advertized on tv news show. You might want to check it out. Not sure if there is a fee for it, but from what they showed on tv it would be worth it.

Best advise i can give is buy a freezer. So when items do go on sale you have a place to put the frozen items. I belong to sams club and buy the bulk of my meat products there. I cut my ground beef with 1lb of ground turkeey per 1 lb of ground beef.

Check through your sunday paper and clip all the coupons. Stock up on sale items, make a pantry shelf in the garage to keep extra items in there. Look for damaged boxes as long as interior bag is not punctured it should be fine.

You can freeze milk, Go to the brakery discount store and buy your bread there then freeze it. Saves a lot that way. look online and find how to can or freeze fruits and veggies that are fresh. Things are gonna get tighter for all of us.

One other thing I suggest is making up enough food tow make two meals out of it and freeze half. Then on nights you really dont feel like cooking take out frozen home cooked meal and heat in oven.

    Hope I helped you.

  2. My favorite of all time - www.couponmom.com

You can sign up for free and check out grocery deals by state - (if you live in the U.S. )

You can go to stores like Kroger, Wal-mart, Target, CVS, etc. and see all their sales for the week.  She tells you what percentage you save, how much it will cost you, and where, if any coupons are used for the purchase.

    It's the easiest ever!

Watch the video online about how it works.  Get to know more about it by watching the videos under the media or press release stories tab.

She also tells you what you can buy for free or nearly free and give to charity to help feed hungry folks!

For instance, I do most of my grocery shopping at Kroger.

I easily save nearly 50% (and they are selling gift cards through July 31 with a free 10% added) on my groceries.  Some of what I buy doesn't usually even go on sale much (like OG bananas and Soy Milk) - but the savings are still great.

The drugstores?  Hold onto your hat - savings are easily 70% and up at these places!  Once you get the hang of it, it is a simple system and can save you loads of cash!

Hope you love it, and God Bless!

  3. This site has all the printable coupons from the Sunday papers, and it is 100% free:
