Does anyone know of any sites where i can download anime without torrents?

Question

i used to go to da-anime.org but the site no longer exsists, and the shop where i get my anime doesn't have any old anime (like Zoids, Sailor Moon, Twin Moons or Twin Moons: Chronicals of Vampiria) and i want to avoid using a hack program my friend made for downloading videos from YouTube (last time i used the program, it closed all connections to the net and took me weeks to get them open)

gal anime.com has downloads. It's not a large list, I beleive, but it might have what you want. Also, you can download each episode seperately

the one I use... is animecrazy.net... you don't have to hack or download it... you can just watch it online. I am pretty sure they have Zoids.... but as for twin moons, sailor moon.... I don't think they have it.
